Where is your shop?

Bump & Me is an online shop. You can view and shop our range of products at and choose one of our delivery or collection options at Checkout.

If you prefer to shop at a physical store, some of our products are available at selected retailers across Malta. Email us at [email protected] and we will guide you accordingly.

What are the delivery options? How long will it take to receive my order? Can I collect my order?

We deliver across Malta & Gozo, with options ranging from Same Day Delivery to Standard Delivery within 1-4 working days.

You may also choose to collect your online order from one of our pick up point in Sliema, in which case your order will be ready to collect within 1 to 4 working days of the your order.

Once you have submitted an order, you should receive an automated email from [email protected] If you haven’t, please first check your spam folder to see if the email is there. If not, email us at [email protected] and we will advise you accordingly.

❌ Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once received, which includes changes to the delivery address, cancelling the order, or adding or removing items from the order. However, you may be able to return your items for a refund, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
